At Altea Glassware We work to ensure you receive your glass, windows, and enclosures as soon as possible. Thanks to our logistics network specialized in glass products, we can offer reduced delivery times without compromising transport safety.

Delivery times

  • Products in stock: 24-48 business hours
  • Custom-made glass: 3-5 business days (includes cutting and processing)
  • Kömmerling PVC windows: 10-15 business days (custom manufacturing)
  • Shower screens: 5-7 business days
  • Enclosures: According to project (we will inform you of the exact term)

Specialized transport

Glass products cannot be sent as any package. We use carriers specialized in glass with vehicles equipped with specific restraint and protection systems. Each piece travels insured and protected.

Tracking of your order

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the delivery at all times. We will also notify you on the day of delivery so you can be prepared.

Delivery in the Valencian Community

For shipments in Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Dénia, Alicante and surrounding areas, we deliver with own transport. This allows us to be faster and more careful with the handling of glassware products.

Store pickup

Do you prefer to pick it up yourself? You can come to our store in Av. Valencia 13, Altea. We will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
